@Shen-Shen,

Eating Disorders are not pretty things. They kill you if not treated. Sure, the idea of dying at the moment while you're with "Ed" (Eating DIsorder) doesn't even cross your mind, but once you get to that point where you have feeding tubes, it all becomes a reality. For me, recovery is a day to day process. In fact, because it's Father's Day my Mum made my Dad steak, and steak for me... it sometimes a risky food. So instead of eating it normally, I just sat there, and cut it into little pieces (a behavior that Eating Disordered people use to "save" the calories). But normally, I wouldn't of done that.

Even during treatment, it's important to remember self care. I forget that. Because were spending so much time working on us and working on our issues, that I forget it's important to pamper myself. So my self care is going to be attending weekly Yoga class twice a week.

My sister is in the hospital right now treating her Eating Disorder, so I may have an idea of what you're going through. However, not enough that I can comment knowledgeably about some of the stuff you said, so I'll just hope that you continue to be strong.

@Denise,

The class I attended yesterday was very intense. I'm not used to sweating like that! However, I must say that Yoga is for anyone, and no you don't need to be able to bend into a pretzel to practice Yoga. It's for anyone of any fitness level.

I've never done yoga, but I've always wanted to try. They always offered it at my old college, but I never took advantage of the free class.

I am a vegetarian. In Denpasar City, Bali, Indonesia there are some vegetarian restaurants here. If I go traveling, I usually search at Google to make sure where I can find a vegetarian restaurant nearby. Thanks for IT, it is not difficult for me to be a vegetarian.

@Mel,

As soon as I blow my nose, I think I'm "cleared". And then, I'm just not. It's weird to constantly be blowing my nose at the clinic. Everyone just looks at me. Hey, it's allergies! I'm totally not contagious. But if I really freak someone out, I can just use that heavy duty antibacterial hand cleanser.

Ack. I hope you're feeling better. I have been sick for almost two weeks. With strep throat and now some other weird virus or something that does not want to leave the building.

@Mel,

I have noticed that if I do leave them into the washer, they do become smelly after awhile. But I don't even think the smell factor bugs the person. It's just that they are simply too lazy to remove the clothing. It's one of three people doing laundry. Either myself, my Mum or my brother. Dad doesn't do laundry. Mum does it for him, although I think he should do his own load himself, but that's another story. I do my own load, and doing my own wash gives me a sense of cleanliness, not too say that I'm messy, because I'm totally not.

Not to mention, if you leave your clothes in your washer for too long, they start to get all smelly and you'll just have to wash them all over again.

This is coming from someone who forgot (seriously, I wasn't being lazy!) that she had washed towels on Sunday....only to find on Wednesday when she went to wash something else....that they were still there....

@Emily,

My boyfriend and I were discussing this the other day with clothing sizes. Either the clothing companies want you to believe that you're too big to fit into your normal size, or maybe changing their general sizes to reach a wide range of people. It's weird.
