It’s crazy that I’m mid week into Week 2. Typically when I start exercise or healthy eating plans, I never, ever make it past the first week. But I think there’s something different this time around. It’s that I’ve got the determination and drive to finish it this time around. Yeah, it hasn’t been easy. Yeah, I’ve had some messes along the way. However, I’m not letting that one slip up slip me up permanently.

It’s more of accept it, and move on. And I have (or so I think).
