SC: Month One, Day One.
That’s right, it’s the start of Month One, Day One. You never know what to expect from Day One. It’s always a mixed bag. I would love at the end of the Self Challenge that all one hundred Challengers who joined since the middle of February stick it out, and make that commitment. I’ve paired up with Melissa again, and were keeping each other accountable. I highly suggest joining the the group, because we are committed, determined and are going to change our lives for the better. Of course, you’re going to have those days, and everyone does. But it’s having the determination to stick it out, and keep going.
So far, I’ve completed my first “make it harder” strength session. Using the free weights made it challenging, but still doable. One of the exercises, I think it’s called the Bust Booster? is so hard I seriously almost started to cry and throw in the towel because it was that challenging, and hello… I was on my knees to boot. There will be favorite exercises, but I love that I can do this session in fifteen minutes. It’s perfect for when I want to exercise, but don’t have a lot of time. What’s going to keep me from not giving up is putting in the time.
If I have time to be on Facebook, I’ve got time to working out. No excuses!

I’m full of excuses. I’m starting Monday or else.
@Mel,
Everyone’s full of excuses. Hello, I’m going through a bunch of posts within the group of reasons why such and such couldn’t start or didn’t want to start today. It’s like, why are you waiting for!? What is the big deal to wait five days when you can start making little changes now? Yeah, I was one of them… but I got off my butt and started to make things different right away.
However, I’m going to keep you accountable if you don’t start within five days.
