My new almost favorite form of exercise is to run. I’ve never been a runner before, nor do I consider myself one. But it’s something different, something different that I’m learning to really enjoy. Of course, I’m not training myself to become a runner to run a marathon. Just to spice up my regular walking routine with spurts of running. Also, these new running sneakers are great. However, after yesterday’s running session, my legs are killing me! I’ve heard that running can totally transform your body, so the “transform” part intrigued me.

    Precisely why I picked up running. I’m aching for a transformation. SO far…not too bad.

    I must remember that I have fused ankles. But I still like to run!
