Yummy Goodness.
Well, because I’ve been in the house for more than a week without any outside contact, I went to Starbucks. Today was my first time getting a Starbucks in over a week. I mean, wow. I survived a week without Starbucks. Amazing. I didn’t even think about it, but it felt good to be back in that happy atmosphere. All the Barista’s there are nice and they should know me by now since I frequent that location all the time. However, my favorite warm weather drink now is improved to a Blackberry Green Tea Frappucino. Blackberry? Wasn’t so sure of the blackberry idea, but I gave it a try. It’s not that bad. Considering I’m like so into caffiene that it does havoc on my heart, maybe it’s time that I gave it a rest. I mean, I could convert to Blackberry Green Tea Frappucino’s instead of my “regular” Caramel Macchiato, which has enough caffiene to sink a pirate ship.
Spring is all about making changes.

I’m obsessed (too many s’s maybe?) with Starbucks too. You are not alone……
Back in high school, years and years ago, I was terribly addicted to caffeine. I found myself getting the shakes around 2:10p because the first thing I would do when getting home would get my mid day caffeine fix. It’s been two years since graduation and I’ve been caffeine free… mostly. I gotta tell you though, it feels great! I’d never go back.
@Kimmie,
I just thought of this and I thought I’d share. Working at J.Crew was a Starbucks Heaven. Everyone frequented Starbucks so much that often co-workers would “treat” you to a drink of your choice, and if I kissed butt to the right people, I got lots of free drinks. However, there was one co-worker in particular named Hadley, who for some reason could consume six seven Starbucks daily (I know, she knew who to kiss butt to at her Starbucks and get many, more free drinks than I) and not once get the shakes. I don’t know how she did it. Plus at the time, she was skinner than me and I’m guessing didn’t eat half as much as I did. Then at one point, the ladies who were doing the no caffiene fix tried to “recruit” Hadley into it! But how dare Hadley not obey by the calling of Starbucks? She called us “caffiene kickers” crazy. She’s the crazy one.
Hi, I work for Starbucks. From your comments it sounded like you were trying to get off caffiene. The Green Tea Frapps have lots of caffiene. It’s made with Matcha Powder, basically ground up green tea. It’s the kind of tea used in Japanese Tea Cermonies. You should check the nutritional guide to see how much it has in it…just to be safe.
@Hyperspark,
Green Tea frappucino’s ease the pain after a dentist visit. Regardless of how much or little caffiene these have, I’ll continue to indulge weekly.
